PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always keep the surface of a pallet horizontal by providing a pallet magazine device for horizontally turing a pallet where a workpiece is placed horizontally by a planetary gear mechanism. SOLUTION: An inner planetary gear is rotated by one pitch around a sun gear 16. With the rotation, the inner planetary gear is rotated for the rotation around the sun gear 16. An outer planetary gear 21 is rotated in the reverse direction for the same rotation through the inner planetary gear. Thus, the attitude of a cradle 13 disposed on the outer planetary gear 21 is always kept in the horizontal constant state to prevent a pallet 12 or a workpiece from being dropped from the cradle 13. According to an instruction of an initial set-up control part 4, the pallet 12 is transported to a micro-chuck of a finishing machine 1 by a loader 5 to clamp the pallet 12. Thus, replacement of the pallet 12 is ended.
