PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously supply rice and fill water with one unit without interruption, and to supply rice and fill water while changing over to other type immersed rice with one unit without requiring a change-over time. SOLUTION: This device includes a plurality of immersed and supplied rice tanks 1a, 1b and so forth, the immersed and supplied rice tanks 1a, 1b being connected at their drain ports via rice supply valves 8a and 8b with pips 9a and 9b, the pipes 9a and 9b having respective rice supply change valves 10a and 10b and being connected at their ends to one combination pipe 11 or at their ends via one changing means to one combination pipe 11, a measurement container 2 arranged under an downward opening of the combination pipe 11, a shutter 3 provided with a dewatering small hole in the downward opening, a gravimeter 4 and an intermittently driven conveyor 5 arranged under the shutter 3 and a water filling nozzle 7 for filling water into a rice boiler container 6 carried via the conveyor 5 and stopped on the gravimeter 4.
