PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary housing device for small articles which can be produced inexpensively in extremely simple structure without using a complicated link mechanism. SOLUTION: This device is composed of ring bodies 2... arranged on the upside and downside of a frame 1 in the state of turning a turning shaft back and forth, an endless belt 3 to be vertically circulated and turned while being spread over the upper and lower ring bodies 2..., plural bucket supporting arms 4... fixed on the outside face of the endless belt 3 at fixed intervals, buckets 6... hung from the top end of the supporting arms 4 through a lateral shaft 5 so as to be freely oscillated and a guide 7 for holding the vertical attitude of the bucket while sliding in contact with a contactor 8 formed on the outside face of the bucket at the vertical moving path part of the bucket 6 at least.
