摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load required for working, to increase the service life of a tool, to increase the productivity and to improve the quality of a product by interposing a resin film on at least on part of an interface at which the tool is brought into contact with a work, and achieving the working making use of the lubrication effect to reasonably implement the lubrication. SOLUTION: In this method, a resin film is preferably attached in advance to at least one portion of at least one surface of a tool and a work before the working, or the working is implemented while continuously feeding the resin film to at least one portion of the interface at which the tool is brought into contact with the work. The resin film preferably contains solid particles, and at least one of the composition of the resin forming a film, the film thickness, and the kind and content of the solid particles contained in the film has the different distribution in one film. To surely interpose a lubrication substance in a plastic working surface in a high-temperature and high-pressure condition, the resin is fed as a film and solid particles are contained to improve the lubrication performance.
