PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use squeezed stevia refuses as a raw material in the fields of building interior finishing materials, fiber products, paper products for medical treatments and daily lives, and the like, wherein the squeezed stevia refuses are generated in a large amount, do not have a utility value, and are difficult in their disposal. SOLUTION: This antibacterial stevia paper is obtained by crushing at least one part (containing at least stems) of the leaves, stems and roots of the stevia as herb, adding water to the crushed product, heating the mixture, squeezing the heated mixture to separate the concentrated liquid, mixing the left squeezed refuses with an alkali liquid, digesting the mixture to form the stevia pulp, and then making the antibacterial stevia paper from the stevia pulp.
