PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To turn over bound papers by nearly 360 deg. without necessitating a binding machine for binding paper. SOLUTION: This binder is a back part fixing binder for fixing a bundle of papers and includes back parts 3, 4 and 5 and finger-like parts 1 and 11, both of which are arranged longitudinally apart from each other and extend from the back parts so as to form loops. The respective finger-like parts consist of two 1 and 11 arranged opposite to each other on the back parts 3 and 4. The back parts 3, 4 and 5 form a hinge part 2. In at least either one 1 of the finger-like parts, at the end part 12 opposite to the back part, a push button 7 is provided. In the other finger-like part 11 opposing to the finger-like part 1, at the end part 22 opposite to the back part, an opening part 10, the shape of which nearly corresponds to the push button 7, is provided so as to allow to engage with the push button 7.
