PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mat which can be stably laid without slip and whose weight can be reduced. SOLUTION: Since the lower layer 4 is flexible and a plurality of hollow protrusions 6 are formed at the underface, the hollow protrusions 6 independently follow irreguralities even the floor surface is uneven and hence, the mat 1 is stabilized. Further, since these hallow protrusions 6 are caught by the irregularities of the floor, the mat 1 is prevented from slipping. Moreover, as the hollow protrusions are formed, the weight of the mat can be reduced and hence, the mat can be easily carried.
