PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil master key capable of preventing fall of permanent magnets and improving the operating reliability of electromagnetic converting elements. SOLUTION: This oil master key is provided correspondingly to a hatch opening/closing lock for a tank for reserving oil products such as a tank rolly vehicle and has a plurality of permanent magnets 43 arranged for generating electromotive force in only one corresponding to the permanent magnets 43 out of a plurality of electromagnetic converting elements provided on the side of the hatch opening/closing lock and identifying the natural arrangement of the permanent magnets 43 to unlock the hatch opening/closing lock. The permanent magnets 43 are fitted to the magnet mounting face 30 of a key body 23 and a plane cover 47 is mounted to the magnet mounting face 39 to cover the permanent magnets 43. The permanent magnets 43 are provided correspondingly to all electromagnetic converting elements. The plurality of permanent magnets 43 are formed of a main permanent magnet for generating electromotive fore in the electromagnetic converting elements and subsidiary permanent magnets having magnetic poles opposed to the electromagnetic converting elements to be opposite poles.
