PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the connecting structure of a bathroom panel capable of being easily assembled from the inside of a bathroom. SOLUTION: In the connecting structure of the bathroom panel in which a ceiling panel 10 is joined with a wall panel 11, in which an outer edge is framed by a frame material 110, through a fitting fixture 12 installed at the outer-peripheral side end of the ceiling panel 10, the central sections of opposed fitting pieces are curved to the outside and drooped and mounted on one surface of the fitting fixture 12 composed of board pieces, a fitting groove 110a is formed to the frame material 110 of the upper section of the wall panel 11, the fitting pieces of the fitting fixture 12 of the ceiling panel 10 are fitted into the fitting groove 110a of the frame material 110, and the ceiling panel 10 is joined with the wall panel 11.
