SOLUTION: For instance, in the case where automatic operation is instructed for an automatically operated shovel 1, the shovel 1 is made an automatic operation mode, an excavation position, a soil discharge position, a standby position and a turning range are instructed by an operation panel 60. Then, a controller judges the existence of the abnormality of an instructed position relation, detection values from angle sensors 111-114 are input in accordance with the operation to be calculated, and instructed position data and an instructed command are stored. Next, the operation start button 501 of an operation box 5 is pushed to transmit a signal generated in a command generation part through antennas 51, 150 to the controller, and the controller controls each part so as to be matched to the instructed position data while the instructed data and information obtained from the sensors 111-114 are compared with each other to automatically operate the shovel 1. Thereby the instruction can be performed easily.
