PURPOSE: A liquid crystal injecting method is provided to reduce an injection time and to remove spots, by uniformly distributing a liquid crystal on a substrate rotated in a vacuum chamber. CONSTITUTION: A seal agent(103) is printed and dried on a color filter substrate(100) along a seal line. A liquid crystal(107) is dropped on a surface of the color filter substrate(100), with the substrate(100) rotated in a vacuum filter substrate(100). A rotation speed of the substrate(100) continues to be decreased step by step while repeating the step of dropping the liquid crystal(107). A liquid crystal layer is formed between two substrates by adhering the color filter substrate(100) and a thin film transistor substrate(101).
