PURPOSE: An O ring tester is provided to enable correct health condition measurement by grasping power test and comparing the result in numbers. CONSTITUTION: Left and right push panels(50,60) are arranged parallel each other perpendicularly to a transport shaft(40) and pivotally hinge-coupled to the inward and outward directions. One ends of the panels(50,60) are coupled to a left screw(41) and a right screw(42) of the shaft(40) as penetrated by thereby. The other ends of the panels(50,60) are provided with openings(51,61) as exposed to the outside of the case(10) so that a thumb and an index finger of a user can contact the same. Left and right springs(80,90) are coupled to the right and left screws(41,42) to elastically support the left and right push panels(50,60) in the inward direction. Rotation detection means(200) detects a rotation state from the pushed position of the push panel(50,60) to a released position by spring press means(100) and displays it into numbers.
