PURPOSE: A cataplasm without adherent gauze is provided which is simple for the user, such as the old, the weak and the disable having difficulty in using hands, to use because it is consisted of only a film material and a nonwoven fabric with good expansion and contraction and consequently used easily by pulling up the both side of cataplasm. CONSTITUTION: The cataplasm without the adherent gauze comprises a flexible base material, whereto a pharmaceutical material and an adhesion layer are applied, and a protection material of the adhesion layer, which is taken off easily from the base material. The base material is preferred to use a non woven fabric having an expansion rate of 150 %-200 % in width and 110 %-130 % in longitude, and the protection material is preferred to a thin transparent plastic film, e.g., CCP (cast poly propylene) and has a perforated line horizontally in the middle.
