PURPOSE: An electronic control device is provided to control a steering equipment, a clutch and a speed controller using the electronic controller and to make response speed faster with easy maintenance by utilizing a gear type, in stead of using hydraulic type during movement of the steering equipment. CONSTITUTION: Switches are installed for controlling steering equipment, clutch and speed controller and a remote controller(10) has a display lamp indicating a current situation of clutch and a position of the rudder. A control signal is output with relay-contacted according to switching of the remote controller and current situations of the rudder and of the clutch are displayed by outputting an electrical signal to the remote controller. A speed controller(21) slowly controls sudden change of the speed and a main control unit20) has a delay circuit unit for delaying the clutch. A servo motor drive unit(34) for clutch moves a clutch lever based upon a control signal of the main control unit. A servo motor drive unit(41) for rudder controls a rotational angle of rudder during operation of the rudder switch. By remote controlling the rudder, the clutch and the speed controller, action having a fast response and reduction of boarding occupants are offered.
