PURPOSE: An electric cooker hot plate is provided to minimize failure rate and to increase reliability by preventing the thermal deformation with a cast iron hot plate, and by improving caulking structure. CONSTITUTION: Heat resisting paint is spread on a plane of a hot plate(20) in disk type to prevent oxidation of castings, and the gradient(t) is formed from the center to the circumference of the plane. The hot plate is composed of a hollow(21) in the middle to discharge oil, and an assembling hole(22) fixing the position of a cooker in the edge. A sheathed heater fixing groove(25) is formed on the concentric circle of the hollow in a lower plate(24) of the hot plate. A sheathed heater(26) is inserted to the sheathed heater fixing groove with laying sheet metal in the hot plate. A sheathed heater derailment preventive cover(27) having the same shape and width as the sheathed heater is fixed with the hot plate by a bolt out of the sheathed heater.
