PURPOSE: Method for preparing adlay tea containing Nephrite powder that it can have medical effects by mixing Nephrite powder with adlay tea prepared is provided. CONSTITUTION: The adlay tea containing Nephrite powder is provided by mixing 3-10wt% Nephrite powder of 150-1000 granularity with a usual mixer while manufacturing adlay tea composed of adlay powder 5.6wt%, soybean powder 5 wt%, unpolished rice 32wt%, corn powder 2wt%, cream powder 5wt%, lactose 40wt%, and salt 0.4wt%, and then packing in a small quantity for comfortable drinking. And the adlay tea containing Nephrite powder can be also prepared by heating into concentrated liquid of a certain degree brix, and then mixing 3-10 wt% of Nephrite. The composition of the Nephrite powder comprises silicon 34%, magnesium 10%, calcium 4.9%, iron 0.23%, aluminum 0.16%, cooper 0.17%, cobalt 0.046%, manganese 0.14%, tin 0.024%, beryllium 0.00072%, silver 0.0013%, titanium 0.0038%, nickel 0.0028%, and chromium 0.0030%. Thereby, the adlay tea prepared through this method has a synergy of the germination and detoxification effects of adlay tea and the functions of Nephrite jade activating cells, removing heavy metals, regulating pH, and softening hard water, which are verified by various experiments.
