PURPOSE: A lens system of a wide angle CCD is provided to make a wide angle CCD high magnifying factor lens system having 12 times zoom ratio and F-number of 3.0, and thereby makes a lens system proper for high-resolution. CONSTITUTION: A first lens group has a positive refractive power, is fixed when magnifying image, and regulates a focus according to a change of a thing point. A second group has a negative refractive power, moves along an optical shaft in case of a magnification, and performs a magnification. A third group has a negative refractive power, moves along an optical shaft in case of a magnification, and corrects aberration according to a moving of the second lens group. A fourth lens group has a positive refractive power, is fixed when magnifying image, and makes an image. Thereby, the lens system of a wide angle CCD makes a wide angle CCD high magnifying factor lens system having 12 times zoom ratio and F-number of 3.0, and thus makes a lens system proper for a high-resolution.
