<p>PURPOSE:To provide the coordinate detector which can exactly and stably detect coordinate data without consuming useless processing time or energy even when the surface of a dot spacer or an area near the dot spacer is pressed with light load. CONSTITUTION:Analog switches 4 and 6 selectively and alternately output voltage values corresponding to the (x) and (y) coordinates of a coordinate input part 3 due to resistor sheets 1a and 1b and after the state of pressing the coordinate input part 3 is detected continuously twice in a fixed cycle, the voltage values corresponding to the (x) and (y) coordinates are respectively sampled and stored as last time data. After the last time data are detected, the voltage values corresponding to the (x) and (y) coordinates of the almost same pressed point are respectively sampled and defined as this time data after the fixed cycle and when difference between the last time data and this time data is within an allowable range, the average value of the last time data and this time data is outputted as effective coordinate data.</p> |
