<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge a content by inverting a drum while being lifted. SOLUTION: An elevating/lowering frame 2 is provided on a truck 1 in an elevating/lowering and rotatable manner in the perpendicular plane, an inversion frame 4 is provided on a free end of the elevating/lowering frame 2 turnably in the perpendicular plane, and a manually rotating and driving device 6 is connected to the inversion frame 4. An inversion frame 4 is abutted on a container in an upright condition from its side, the container is clamped and the container is lifted and inverted. The inversion frame 4 is placed on the container in the horizontal condition from its upper part, and the container is clamped and lifted.</p> |
