<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a fiber-reinforced resin pipe having excellent corrosion resistance by forming it of an inner corrosion resistant layer formed by integrating a first reinforcing material containing the same chemical composition as a thermosetting resin, a second reinforcing material and thermosetting resin. CONSTITUTION:A method for manufacturing a corrosion resistant fiber- reinforced resin pipe 1 has the steps of winding first reinforcing material made of organic fiber sheet to impregnate a periphery of a mold-released cylindrical mold 10 with thermosetting resin, winding a second reinforcing material and thermosetting resin thereon, and thermally curing the resin. Since a corrosion resistant inner layer 6 and an outer layer 7 are simultaneously thermally cured by the first heating step for conducting thermal curing reaction to be integrated, the steps can be simplified, and productivity is improved.</p> |
