PURPOSE: Provided is a continuous process for recovering volatile organic solvent from waste gas by using liquid paraffin. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises the steps of: sucking the waste gas to an absorption tower(2) through a blower(1) and spraying liquid paraffin(h) as an absorber to the upper absorption tower(2) using a spray pump(3) to absorb the solvent into the absorber; sending the solvent-absorbed absorber to a heat-evaporation device(4) to evaporate the solvent; condensing the evaporated solvent in a condenser(5) and recovering the solvent to a recovery tank(6). The solvent-eliminated absorber is recycled to the absorption tower(2) through a condenser(8) by a pump(7). The volatilized solvent vapor from the recovered solvent is resupplied to the absorption tower(2) through the blower(1).
