发明名称 METHOD FOR COLD CATHODE FLUORESCENT TUBE
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for preparing a cold cathode fluorescent tube is provided which prevents crack by reducing interval between a glass tube to be sealed and a first electrode member and improves productivity by achieving good vacuum degree and reduction of vacuum time. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of: (i) inserting a bead-formed first electrode member(30a) into a cylindrical glass tube(1); (ii) heating the end part of the glass tube to be sealed with the bead(33a); (iii) heating the upper side of the glass tube being opposite to the first electrode member with rotating the glass tube to form a neck part(15); (iii) inserting a second electrode member(30b) into the neck part of the glass tube in a downward direction; (iv) after connecting an exhaust means to the upper side opening of the glass tube and making the inside of the glass tube vacuum, heating the glass tube to seal the neck part with the second electrode member.
