PURPOSE: A method for managing a plurality of wireless links for a wireless subscriber network is provided for efficiently managing a stare of each wireless link and performing a wireless link setting, adding and releasing operation without affecting a call of other wireless link. CONSTITUTION: When a call is set between subscriber apparatuses connected with a base station and a terminal station, a base station controller transmits a set request message to a data link hierarchy and requests a wireless link setting(S110). LNK corresponding to the wireless link is set as "1"(S120) for thereby indicating a state that a new connection is set in a corresponding wireless link. The base station transmits a set RR message including a number of the wireless link to a terminal station.
