PURPOSE: A bulkhead of a plasma address liquid crystal display device is provided to be capable of lowering a discharge driving voltage by realizing a hole for supplying charged particles. CONSTITUTION: A plasma address liquid crystal display device comprises a plasma channel part(30) and a liquid crystal part(40). The plasma channel part(30) consists of a lower substrate(4), an anode(12), a cathode(14), a dielectric glass thin film(20) and a bulkhead(28). A polarization filter(16) is attached at the lower substrate(4) so as to be opposed to a backlight(2). The anode(12) and the cathode(14) are formed in parallel on the lower substrate(4). The bulkhead(28) is formed vertically between the anode(12) and the cathode(14), and has a plurality of holes(32) for supplying charged particles.
