JOIN APPARATUS FOR RAIL JOINTING PART

PURPOSE: A join apparatus for a rail jointing part is provided to join the rail independently by using a vibration isolated pad and a rubber clip. CONSTITUTION: In a join apparatus for a rail jointing part, an insulation member is installed around the joint area, and a seam plate(3) is installed in the inside and the outside of rail. A rail clip(4) is installed in the side surface of a seam plate and absorbs load and vibration which occur when a train passes. An upper plate(5) has the supporting projections on the both side and support rail(1) and a rail clip. The upper plate is united and fixed with a rail clip by bolt and spring washer. The head of bolt is inserted into a screwhead groove and goes through the long hole of rail clip, and the spring washer is inserted into the nut(9) and inserted in between the nut and the upper surface of rail clip. A spacer(14) is installed in the inside of supporting projection and keeps the rail clip away from the upper plate at regular intervals.
