PURPOSE: A data transfer interrupting method in a digital mobile communication system is provided to send only command, which has to be transferred, according to significant degree at overloading and to change degree setting for a corresponding command through a data base. CONSTITUTION: In a data transfer interrupting method in a digital mobile communication system, if a base station manager starts to drive, the degree according to significant degree of each command is set in a data base storing part, and whether a command is associated with a base transceiver subsystem or a base station controller processor(S1-S4). If not, whether the command is a degree changing command is confirmed. If so, the procedure goes to the step(S2). If not, the function corresponding to the command is performed(S5). If the command is associated therewith in the step(S4), a command significant degree stored in the data base storing part is compared. Whether the degree is over the G1 degree of being always performed, is judged. If so, the corresponding command is performed(S6,S13). If the degree is not the G1 degree, whether a CPU state of the processor is an overload state is judged. If the CPU state is less than a threshold value(T1) of a minimum degree, the corresponding command is performed. If the CPU state is higher than the threshold value(T1), whether the CPU state is over a maximum threshold value(T2) is judged(S8). If so, whether the CPU state is over an emergency threshold value(T3) is judged(S9). If below the emergency threshold value(T3), whether the significant degree is over a G2 degree of being performed even at an overload state is judged. If so, a corresponding command is performed(S11,S13).
