PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing aluminized sheets having superior appearance and processability is provided to restrain the growth of polygonal pattern usually formed on the surface of aluminum plated steel sheet and also the method can restrain the growth of alloy layer usually formed at interface between base metal sheet and plated layer through forcible cooling of aluminum plated steel sheets after spraying fine aluminum particles on the surface of aluminum plated steel sheets right after plating. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of the aluminized sheets comprises the process of plating a continuous annealed steel sheet with aluminum in a plating bath; spraying aluminum particles having a particle size of 1 to 15μm on the surface of aluminum plated steel sheet in a spray amount ranging from 70 to 120mg/m¬2 before aluminum plated on the surface of the steel sheet is solidified; cooling the aluminum plated steel sheet to 400deg.C or lower at a cooling rate of 4.0deg.C/sec or faster while spraying compressed air of 1000-1600mmH2O on the surface of the aluminum plated steel sheet.
