PURPOSE: A system for collecting deposit sample from bottoms of rivers, lakes and marshes is provided to successively and individually collect samples of each accumulated layer, thereby easily examining quantity, thickness, and spatial distribution of each accumulated layer. CONSTITUTION: A system for collecting deposit sample from bottoms of rivers, lakes and marshes includes an organic sample collecting sampler, a silt layer sample collecting sampler, and a dense layer sample collecting sampler. The organic feed collecting sampler includes a plurality of resistance protrusions(12) formed at the upper outer peripheral surface of an inverse cone shaped excavation end(11'), a collecting port(14) formed at the lower position of the resistance protrusions, projections and a stopping plate formed inside the collecting port, an elongated hole(22) formed at a head of a cover(20) connected with an upper plate of a pipe shaped body(11) by an elongated bolt(21), and a connecting rod(24) installed at the upper center of the cover connected with a rod(25) and a handle(26). The silt layer sample collecting sampler includes a plurality of resistance protrusions formed at the upper outer peripheral surface of crossed excavation blades, a collecting port formed at the lower position of the resistance protrusions, projections and a stopping plate formed inside the collecting port, an elongated hole formed at a head of a cover connected with an upper plate of a pipe shaped body by an elongated bolt, and a rod connecting rod installed at the upper center of the cover connected with a handle. The silt layer sampler collecting sampler includes a blade part formed at the upper end of a pipe shaped body, and a rod and a handle connected with a rod connecting by pins.
