IMAGE SIGNAL RECORDING METHOD

PURPOSE: A recording method for image signals is provided to firmly record the image signals without distorting of images in a specific format, and to prevent deformation of image in intermittent recording. CONSTITUTION: A control circuit supplies driving control signals to a capstan motor driving circuit and a drum motor driving circuit. Then, the control circuit detects signals on a magnetic tape by using a detect circuit. The control circuit controls a capstan motor and a drum motor for synchronizing with the signal recorded on the magnetic tape. Then, a recording digital image signal is overlapped on the signals of the magnetic tape. The control circuit stops the capstan motor and the drum motor for being in a standby state of receiving an intermittent recording signal.
