PURPOSE: A device of a variable form rack of a vending machine is provided to improve convenience of using by storing and supporting the goods of the various size and to reduce the cost for manufacturing and to improve the productivity. CONSTITUTION: The device of the variable form rack of the vending machine includes a body(30), an inserting hole(31), a rack body(40), an instrument(70) for sending out goods, a chute(71), a cooling unit(80), a drawing out hole(90) and an inner door(91). The inserting hole(31) is formed in the body(30) for throwing the goods into the body(30). The rack body(40) is formed in the state that the front, the lower face and the upper face open, and is composed of a side member, a back member, an upper frame(43), a lower frame(44) and the first division member(45). The instrument(70) for sending out goods controls sending out goods stored and supported in the rack body(40). The chute(71) guides flowing of goods in order that the goods are guided to the drawing out hole(90). The inner door(91) opens and shuts the body(30).
