PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to accomplish improvements enabling the cosmetic containers having different volumetric capacity to be filled up with cosmetic liquid. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a cosmetic container transport unit for automatically moving the cosmetic container(10) to a cosmetic liquid filling position, a cosmetic liquid filling unit which moves vertically from the cosmetic liquid filling position so as to fill up the container with the cosmetic liquid, and a supply unit(100) for supplying cosmetic liquid to the cosmetic liquid filling unit. The supply unit comprises a cosmetic liquid storage(12), a liquid supply hose(16) extended from an outlet of the storage and which has a pair of check valves(14a,14b), a liquid inlet/outlet cylinder(18) connected to the supply hose, and a driving cylinder(20) for vertically driving the inlet/outlet cylinder. The cosmetic liquid filling unit comprises a main body connected to an end of the supply hose, an inner nozzle connected to the main body, a filling nozzle(26), and a filling cylinder(28) for vertically moving the filling nozzle. The cosmetic container transport unit comprises a container transport conveyor, a guide conveyor, and a forward cylinder.
