PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an integral type varying insert molding and molding party are provided to make the molding as one body type by pressing forming and insert extrusion processes instead of assembling a number of parts. CONSTITUTION: First, adhesive is coated on one side of a stainless coil and a surface protecting tape is attached on the other side of the stainless coil, which is formed into a press form(12). Then, both edges of the formed stainless coil are lightly bent by a press forming step. Next, polypropylene resin and clips are attached to an inner surface of the stainless coil by a primary insert extrusion process. Then, polypropylene resin is attached to both edges of the stainless coil by a secondary insert extrusion process. Finally, one body type molding(20) is made by a final machining process.
