PURPOSE: A thick film EL sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce electric resistance, improve flexibility, achieve a stable drive, enhance work efficiency, widely apply to general industries, and manufacture a large size thick film EL sheet. CONSTITUTION: Transparent conductive films including a PET film, a glass and a crystal coated with ITO are washed at the first process. A carbon booth bar is printed on booth ends of the transparent conductive films at the second process. A silver booth bar is printed on an upper surface of the carbon booth bar at the third process. A fluorescent layer is printed on an inside of the silver booth bar at the forth process. An insulation layer is printed on an upper part of the fluorescent layer at the fifth process. A protective carbon is printed on an upper surface of the insulation layer at the sixth process. Silver is printed on an upper surface of the protective carbon with a rear electrode at the seventh process. A dry and rear surface protective film layer is inserted and laminated at the eighth process. An electrode is installed on the booth bar and the rear surface electrode at the ninth process. An outer damp proof and product protective film is laminated at the tenth process.
