PURPOSE: A performance improvement system of a turbocharger engine is provided to improve the performance of an engine throughout the entire range with stopping supercharge by a turbocharger, and with increasing the amount of supercharge by an additional air compressor. CONSTITUTION: A turbocharger(2) comprises a turbine(3) rotating by energy of exhaust emission from a cylinder(1), and a blower(4). The cylinder is supercharged through a supercharge pipe(7) by sucking air and pressurizing through an air cleaner(5) and an air passage(6) in rotating the blower. A low-speed air passage(8) branches off from the air passage, and the end of the low-speed air passage supplies air to the cylinder with being connected to the supercharge pipe. A directional conversion valve(9) is installed in a branch portion of the air passage and the low-speed air passage to open the passages selectively. A cylinder(10) forming an air compressor is contacted to the low-speed air passage. An air inlet of the cylinder is placed in the lower part, and the air outlet is placed in the upper part. A piston(11) compresses and discharges inflow air by moving up and down in the cylinder, and has a connecting rod(12) to connect to a crankshaft(13). A pulley(14) in the end of the crankshaft and a gear are driven with rotational force of the engine crankshaft.
