PURPOSE: An apparatus for incinerating inflammable waste is provided to achieve complete combustion by repeating diffusion and collection of combustion flames and discharge combustion flames of a complete unpolluted state by collecting smoke, carbon and harmful gas by an underwater dust collector. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for incinerating inflammable waste includes an incineration furnace(1), a combustion substance and flame diffusing plate(7) mounted at an upper part of the incineration furnace and formed in the shape of a square corn with a plurality of air injection holes(5a), combustion substance and flame inducing holes(9) around the combustion substance and flame diffusing plate, a traverse air introducing pipe(4) mounted traversely above the plate and formed with a plurality of air injection holes, a plurality of short air introducing pipes(4a) formed with a plurality of air injection holes, an air introducing channel(6) formed in the peripheral parts of the incineration furnace below the plate in communication with the traverse and short air introducing pipes, and an ignition element formed at one side of the incineration furnace.
