ROTATING FORGING AND EXTRUSION DIE

PURPOSE: A rotating forging and extrusion die is provided to reduce the load of a press to the minimum by using simultaneously a compressive force of vertical direction and a rotary moment in mold of a material. CONSTITUTION: A rotating forging and extrusion die comprises : a punch(22) to permit a compressive force to a material(Wa) to process ; a table(38) to support and rotate a material(Wa) ; a driving motor(M) to drive a material(Wa) for rotating ; a transmitting means to transmit the rotary power to a table(38). And a transmitting means consists : a driving pulley(33) to be connected with a rotary shaft(34) of a driving motor(M) ; a final pulley(31) to be connected with a driving pulley(33) by a belt and to be rotated ; a rotary shaft(34) to be rotated with a final pulley(31) and to be connected with a table(38).
