PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling an image developing voltage for an electronic image formation apparatus is provided for enhancing a printing quality by constantly maintaining a voltage to each roller by a voltage controller after a voltage higher than the applied voltage is applied to each roller. CONSTITUTION: A central processing unit(100) controls the system and in particular controls a voltage transformer(200). An electrified voltage of -1.5kV is applied to an electrified roller(1), and an image developing voltage of about -400V is applied to an image developing roller(4), and a printing voltage of +1.6kV is applied to a printing roller(3), and a supply voltage of -600V is applied to a supply roller(5). The voltage transformer(200) applies an electrified voltage of -1.5kV to the electrified roller(1), an image developing voltage of about -400V to the image developing roller(4), a printing voltage of maximum +1.6kV to the printing roller(3), and a supply voltage of -600V to the supply roller(5), respectively.
