PURPOSE: Provided is a process for producing a non-woven fabric for slip prevention and an equipment for producing the same which is characterized by excellent effect of slip prevention. CONSTITUTION: The non-woven fabric for slip prevention is obtained by a process containing the steps of: melting one side of the non-woven fabric(50) by passing a pressure electric heat equipment(10) comprising a heating roller(14) and a pressure gearing roller(15); coating a dot forming solution on the non-woven fabric(50) by passing a dot welding roller(22); heating and drying the non-woven fabric(50) in an evaporator to fix a dot(51) on the non-woven fabric(50); and then winding the non-woven fabric by using a revolving roller(41) of a non-woven fabric winding equipment(40).
