PURPOSE: A circular rubber attachment by using a negative pressure is provided to make the force of attachment stronger and expand the force longer by forming a rubber lid on an attachment element and attaching the attachment on a wall after forming a negative pressure in the between the rubber lid and the attachment element. CONSTITUTION: A circular rubber attachment by using a negative pressure includes a rubber lid(1) having a spiral part, and an inlet(3) made of rubber material having a spiral part(2) which becomes narrower downward and having a complementary size with the rubber lid, wherein the circular rubber attachment is used by drawing the rubber lid, the inlet part is pressed to draw out air and then inserting the rubber lid again into the lid, then a negative pressure is formed, thereby the attachment force becomes stronger.
