PURPOSE: A buff wheel for a grinding tool is provided to effectively grind by adjusting the rate of grinding to cooling and to provide convenience by directly supplying inside the buff wheel without an additional nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A buff wheel for a grinding tool includes a cooling water passing hole(32) formed to pass through the outer circumference of a buff wheel(30) with an abrasive(31) from the inside, a connection part of the buff wheel and a rotary shaft, of the buff wheel. The cooling water passing hole is formed spirally in the opposite direction of the rotational direction of the buff wheel. A hole(33) is formed in the inner surface of the buff wheel to contain the cooling water supplied from the outside. An inside wall(35) of the hole is higher than an outside wall(34) of the hole to prevent the cooling water from flowing outside by the centrifugal force by the rotation of the wheel. The outside wall is inclined toward the center of the wheel.
