发明名称 METHOD FOR PURIFYING SUCROSE FATTY ACID POLYESTER
摘要 PURPOSE: Provided are the methods of purifying sucrose fatty acid polyesters under the milder condition, obtaining less colored products due to less sugar material contents of incomplete pyrolysis. CONSTITUTION: The process contains steps of: adding anhydrous methanol to the mixture of sodium salt of hardened soybean oil, sugar and potassium carbonate, to make a homogeneous solution; refluxing the solution for 5-30 minutes and evaporating methanol at 0-25mmHg; adding to this solution methylester of hardened soybean oil fatty acid, the mole ratio of sucrose and the fatty acid methylester being 8:2; heating this mixture to 100deg.C-130deg.C by raising the temperature by 15deg.C per minute, for 1-4 hours; adding warm water and the mixture being stirred for 10 minutes at 80-95deg.C and separating by centrifuge at 4200g for 15 minutes. In the final stage, after centrifuge, the upper layer is the mixture of fatty acid polyester and methylester of fatty acid. The precipitate is the alkali salt of fatty acid and water. The upper layer is washed twice and bleached with active white carbon. The final product, sucrose fatty acid polyester, is separated from methylester of fatty acid by methanol.
