PURPOSE: An electronic commerce method is provided to implement internet sites with a hierarchical structure according to an area characteristic, classify goods and advertisements by the area characteristics, and hierarchically arrange the goods and advertisements according to the internet site. CONSTITUTION: An electronic commerce method comprises steps of a product supplier requesting to upload products in an internet site(141), a service provider classifying the requested products by the area characteristics and arranging the products at a central internet site or a local internet site(111), an internet user visiting the internet site and ordering directly a product with a payment at the central internet site or the local site, or ordering indirectly a product via the central internet site or the local site(1311,1312), the service provider requesting a delivery of the ordered product to the product supplier(112) and the product supplier delivering the product to the internet user(142)
