PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to reduce cost for manufacturing cosmetic sample containers while allowing the containers to be injected/transported to a holder circulating at a constant speed along the entire facility for filling cosmetic liquid to the sample containers. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a cosmetic container injecting/transporting unit(100) having a base(12) to which a cosmetic container(10) is injected, a conveyor(14) driven by a driving motor so as to transport the injected container, a rotating lever(16) for laying down the containers, and a sensor(18) for sensing the presence of the container on the conveyor; a cosmetic container drop down unit having a container stopper device(20) installed at an end of the conveyor and which guides the transportation of the containers, a drop guide plate(24) driven by a rotating pneumatic cylinder(64) and which drops down the container passed through the container stopper device along a drop down channel(26), and first and second stoppers(28a,28b) installed at a wall of the drop down channel and which temporarily stops the falling container; and a container discharge unit having a screw(30) for horizontally discharging the containers arranged at an end of the drop down channel, and a rotating table having a transport path for transporting the container passed through the screw to be inserted to a holder arranged on a chain conveyor.
