PURPOSE: A torque control device of an injection pump is provided to adjust fuel injection flow and torque properly according to fuel pressure by applying the internal pressure of a pump to a boost compensator of a mechanical injection pump, and to control the fuel amount according to rpm(revolutions per minute) by the injection pump with low cost. CONSTITUTION: A torque controller comprises a cylinder(61) applying the internal pressure of an injection pump(50); a piston(62) moving up and down according to the internal pressure of the injection pump in the cylinder, and having a curved torque control unit(62a) in the end; an adjustable spring(63) supplying elasticity to the piston; a return spring(64) installed in the front of the piston facing the adjustable spring to supply resilience; and a lever(65) moving along the curved surface of the torque control unit and adjusting the injection flow. The torque controller of the injection pump changes the fuel injection flow and the torque of the engine with increasing the fuel pressure of the injection pump according to the rpm of the engine, copes with the regulation on exhaust emission with the mechanical injection pump, and adjusts the fuel amount properly according to the rpm of the engine.
