PURPOSE: Fuel shutoff lever operating structure of an injection pump is provided to improve the endurance without cable by preventing incomplete operation of a fuel shutoff unit owing to use for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A fuel shutoff lever operating system of an injection pump comprises a cylinder connected to a fuel shutoff lever(2) of an injection pump(1) and a vehicle body to apply the elastic operating force to the fuel shutoff lever linearly; an operating fluid supply unit supplying the operating fluid to the cylinder; and a valve unit controlling the operating fluid from the operating fluid supply unit according to operation of a start switch(3), and supplying the operating fluid to the cylinder. The cable is prevented from being extended or cut, and the fuel shutoff lever is operated stably with the cylinder. The injection pump shuts off the fuel precisely and stably with the fuel shutoff lever operating system.
