METHOD FOR CONTROLLING OPERATION OF KIMCH'I STORE HOUSE

PURPOSE: A method for controlling the operation of a kimchi storage tank by forcibly operating a compressor according to the ambient temperature of an evaporator is provided, to prevent kimchi stored in the tank from being overaged by irregular running of the compressor. CONSTITUTION: The method is characterized by the following steps of: (i) stopping operation of the compressor and checking the pause time of the compressor if ambient temperature of an evaporator sensed by a temperature sensor is the operation stop temperature of the compressor; (ii) sensing the ambient temperature of the evaporator through the temperature sensor after a fixed time and operating the compressor if the sensed ambient temperature becomes the operation temperature of the compressor or continually checking the pause time; and (iii) continually stopping the operation of the compressor if the checked pause time is not over a preset operation stop time or forcibly operating the compressor if the pause time becomes more than the preset operation stop time.
