METHOD FOR CONTROLLING COMPRESSOR IN KIMCH'I STOREHOUSE

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for controlling the operation of a compressor in a kimchi storage tank according to the pause time of the compressor, which can prevent kimchi stored in the tank from being overfrozen or overaged because the pause time of the compressor is changed depending to the temperature around the tank. CONSTITUTION: The method includes the following steps of: (i) checking the pause time of the compressor; (ii) controlling operation of the compressor according to the temperature range if the checked pause time is within a preset time limit; (iii) raising the motion temperature of the compressor by fixed degrees and controlling the compressor according to the changed temperature if the checked pause time is less than the preset time; and (iv) dropping the motion temperature of the compressor by fixed degrees and controlling the compressor according to the changed temperature if the checked pause time is more than the preset time.
