PURPOSE: An apparatus for driving a plasma display panel using a high frequency is provided to minimize an interference caused by a high frequency signal, by making an independent high frequency circuit and an independent AC circuit by using a filtering circuit to a mixing part between a high frequency signal and a low frequency signal. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for driving a plasma display panel having N scanning electrode lines, high frequency electrode lines, and M address electrode lines. The apparatus includes AC address driver(58), a high frequency driver(60), and a low pass filter(54). The AC address driver(58) drives the scanning electrode lines and address electrode lines. The high frequency driver(60) drives the high frequency electrode lines. The low pass filter is connected among the AC address driver(58), the scanning electrode line, and the address electrode lines, and cuts off the high frequency signal. Thereby, the apparatus for driving a plasma display panel using a high frequency minimizes an interference caused by a high frequency signal, by making an independent high frequency circuit and an independent AC circuit. |
