PURPOSE: A portable wired telephone and a telephone service method using the same are provided for using a portable wired telephone by connecting to a connection apparatus installed at a certain area using an inherent ID. CONSTITUTION: A user of a portable wired telephone(100) can connect the portable wired telephone(100) to a connection module(200a, 200b,...) installed in a certain area of the street. Each connection module(200a, 200b,...) includes a connection terminal connected with a local line connection terminal(101) of the portable wired telephone(100) and is connected with a local line from a switch(300) by inserting the connection terminal(101) of the portable wired telephone(100) into the connection terminal of the connection module(101).
