PURPOSE: A blower is provided to simplify the structure and reduce the weight by manufacturing a blade fan and louvers made of resin having excellent thermostability and durability. CONSTITUTION: A blower including a fan motor generating a rotary force at both directions in the center of a frame(10) installed hang in a ceiling, blade fans(30) and louvers respectively installed in each driving shaft of the fan motor, wherein the blower includes a reduction motor(41) in the center of the frame, a lever(44) connected with a rotating plate(43) connected with rotating shaft of the reduction motor in an eccentric state wherein the end part of the lever is connected with the one louver in an eccentric state for rotating the louvers at a regular angle, and a connecting lever installed in each opposite surface of louvers for simultaneously rotating the louvers.
